With over 28 years of IS/IT experience I specialize in the implementation of IT governance frameworks and standards. I perform Business Process Reengineering in order for an organization to optimize value on IT investment. To complement it all I design, develop and manage to successful completion related IT projects.

I studied Computer Science at the University of Ottawa and obtained an MBA from that same institution. I am constantly in the pursuit of finding better ways to increase IT ROI.

I have a very strong technical IT background ranging from IBM mainframes computers, to networks, to application development, to database administration, to technical architecture. During the later part of my carrier, I have focussed my efforts in managerial roles where I could capitalize on my technical know how.


I have obtained and constantly maintain the following certifications:

• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Management Consultant (CMC)
• Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL)
• Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) (on-going)

My Computer Science studies and technical expertise provide me with great depth in the IS/IT field while my MBA studies and managerial experience give me great breadth in business operations. To further my knowledge, my CMC certification focuses more on the continuous operational management of a business while my PMP certification focuses more on one of a kind initiatives that are normally required when implementing a business transformation.

My CISM certification gives me a deep and wide view on all business security issues while my CGEIT (on-going) really give me a roadmap on helping organization getting optimum value from IT investment.
